Madeline Leonardos
Madeline C. Leonardos is a data analyst for the diversitydatakids.org project at the Institute for Child, Youth, and Family Policy at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
Leonardos’ background is in statistics, data visualization, data collection and harmonization, and database management. Currently, her work focuses on developing data pipelines for the Child Opportunity Index and the management of a multi-year data research project with the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Her interests in racial equity and high-impact data-driven research are what drew her to the Institute, and she looks forward to contributing to the COI and other projects that serve as tools for improving equity for children across the country.
Prior to joining the Institute, Leonardos earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Skidmore College with a focus on quantitative research methods.
